2. Our Products
All products sold on qbookpro.shop are digital PDF knitting and crochet patterns. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Patterns are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
3. Placing an Order
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
4. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal only. All prices are displayed in GBP. As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is charged on your order.
5. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your PDF pattern will be delivered to your email address instantly and automatically. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All patterns are protected by copyright. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the PDF pattern
- Share the file with others
- Reproduce or publish the pattern content online or in print
- Use the pattern for commercial teaching without prior written permission
7. Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the file, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived upon download, in accordance with Regulation 37.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your digital product is faulty, corrupted, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@qbookpro.shop
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, 3D-PROTECT LTD (operating as qbookpro.shop) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
